Do Happy Work
The traditional definition of "work" is harming our society. We have embraced Sad Work as a norm. It has led us to view stress, anxiety, failure, competition and regret as an inevitable part of our work lives. It all began with the belief that work is only here to serve our financial advantage, and that struggle is just part of it. This is unacceptable, because it goes AGAINST OUR NATURE. In this podcast, Olivier Egli encourages a different approach to work: the creation of human value that leads to Happy Work. This approach removes the detrimental obsession we have with transactions, and replaces it with the joy of transforming human beings with human value.
